By accessing or using the AQ Investment platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Investor," or "you") and AQ Investment ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Platform. 2.2. You must not be a resident of, or access the Platform from, any restricted jurisdiction including but not limited to the United States of America, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, or any country subject to comprehensive international sanctions. 2.3. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 2.4. You are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making deposits or withdrawals. KYC requires: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document, and (b) a proof of address dated within the last 3 months. 2.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: (a) Use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing. (b) Create multiple accounts, or attempt to register under another person's identity or credentials. (c) Misrepresent your identity, KYC documents, or financial information. (d) Attempt to access the Platform's systems, or other users' accounts or data, by any means other than the interface we provide. (e) Manipulate, inflate, or otherwise interfere with the referral program, promotional bonuses, or any Platform metrics. (f) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform. (g) Introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, disable, or overload the Platform. (h) Use the Platform in any way that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the Company's jurisdiction. 3.2. Violation of this Section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of accrued bonuses, and referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.

3.1. The Platform offers the following investment tiers: Starter ($50 minimum deposit, 5% weekly return target), Contributor ($200 minimum deposit, 5.5% weekly target), Pioneer ($500 minimum deposit, 6% weekly target), Elite ($2,000 minimum deposit, 6.5% weekly target), Qenaeen Partners ($5,000 minimum deposit, 7.5% weekly target), and Vision ($25,000 minimum deposit, 8% weekly target). All return targets are based on historical performance and are not guaranteed. 3.2. Weekly returns are calculated and credited every Friday at 18:00 UTC based on the performance of the underlying portfolio and your active plan's return rate. 3.3. While we strive to maintain consistent returns, all investments carry inherent risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Company does not guarantee any specific rate of return. 3.4. The Company reserves the right to adjust return rates based on market conditions, with prior notice of at least 7 days to affected investors. 3.5. You may upgrade your plan at any time by depositing additional funds to meet the higher tier minimum. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next investment cycle.

5.1. The Platform accepts deposits in cryptocurrency (USDT and USDC on TRC-20, ERC-20, and BEP-20 networks; and BTC) as well as international bank wire transfer. Deposit instructions and receiving addresses are provided in your dashboard under Wallet > Deposit. 5.2. The minimum deposit amount is $100 (or equivalent in other currencies or cryptocurrencies). 5.3. Deposits are verified automatically against the blockchain and are subject to a compliance review. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and blockchain network conditions. 5.4. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay processing if a deposit triggers compliance flags. 5.5. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deposits comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

6.1. You may request a withdrawal of your deposited principal or accrued returns at any time, subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms. 6.2. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). 6.3. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 2–6 hours. Bank wire transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution and region. 6.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. There is no maximum withdrawal limit; however, withdrawals exceeding $10,000 may require additional identity verification as part of our AML compliance obligations. 6.5. The Company charges no withdrawal fees for standard processing. Network fees (gas fees) for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the investor and vary based on blockchain network congestion. 6.6. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawals pending the completion of compliance reviews or security investigations.

7.1. Account creation, deposits, and weekly profit credits are free of charge. 7.2. The Company does not charge management fees, performance fees, or hidden charges on investment returns. 7.3. Network transaction fees (gas fees) for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are passed through at cost with no markup. 7.4. Bank wire transfer fees may be imposed by intermediary or correspondent banks and are outside the Company's control. 7.5. A complete fee schedule is available in the Platform dashboard under Settings > Fee Schedule. The Company reserves the right to update fees with 30 days' prior notice.

8.1. All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of AQ Investment or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial investment purposes. 8.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from the Company. 8.4. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to the Company regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without obligation to you.

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. 9.2. The Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9.3. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose. 9.4. You acknowledge and agree that investment involves risk, including the potential loss of principal, and you assume full responsibility for your investment decisions.

9.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. 9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAMC) in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of arbitration shall be English. 9.3. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. 9.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. 10.2. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email and/or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such changes. 10.3. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 10.4. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of any remaining funds in your account within thirty (30) days of the effective date.

11.1. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a closure request through the Platform's support portal, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance checks. 11.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. 11.3. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (net of pending obligations) will be returned to you within thirty (30) business days via your registered withdrawal method. 11.4. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Dispute Resolution), and this Section 11 shall survive termination of your account.
